Coverages Common to both type of Policies are:

We insure your contents on an "all risks" basis for direct loss. This is the broadest form of coverage available.
We will pay Replacement Cost for your contents. This means with new articles of like kind and quality without deduction for depreciation.
We insure your personal property both in and temporarily away from your premises, anywhere in the world.
We cover your additional living expenses if you need to move out of your home while repairs are being made as a result of an insured claim.
We provide $1,000,000 of Personal Legal Liability coverage, with the option to buy more.

Collectible Cards & Books (such as sport & comic books)	$5,000
